Customer Service Representatives

Every customer is assigned a primary and a backup Customer Service Representative (CSR). CSR's have instant access to customer specific handling requirements.

Our CSR's are your single point of contact. Most of our competitors require you to contact one person to place an order, a different person to schedule dock times, and still other people to answer questions. Our staff is cross trained in all aspects of taking care of your cold storage warehousing needs.

Our CSR's work IN THE WAREHOUSE. They see your product, they work one-on-one with the warehouse staff to make sure the job is done right. If they can't answer your question, they'll put you in touch with an associate who can.
