We strongly encourage that you schedule incoming and outgoing loads as early as possible by phone or e-mail.
Scheduled receipts and shipments are given priority over all unscheduled events.
Scheduling is on a first come-first served basis. Each facility has daily and even hourly capacity limits. Our staff will not overbook as it does nothing more than disappoint everyone.
Due to the high volume of in/out traffic we can only allow a 10 minute grace period for scheduled events. After the grace period, re-scheduling is required.
We allow dock appointments to be booked before shipping orders are received, however, we reserve the right to reschedule the dock appointment if we do not receive the final order before the scheduled appointment. (see Placing Orders below).
Our staff will stay beyond normal business hours to accommodate late receipts and shipments, however charges do apply.
